Sessions – In-Person

Packages must be paid in full before the first session.

If you cancel your booking, your payment carries over to a rescheduled booking provided that such booking takes place within 6 months of the cancellation date.

Additionally:

– If you cancel with less than 1 week but more than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 95 euros applies.

– If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or cancel for the second time in a row, the session needs to be paid in full.

Payment in full means: 230 euros for a standard in person session and 700 euros for an intensive session. These prices are for one person. Additional fees apply when working with more than one person.

I reserve to right to cancel in case of circumstances beyond my control. I will communicate about this in a clear and timely way, and will offer to rechedule.

I reserve the right to end a session if necessary. Reasons include (but are not limited to):

• issues arise that are not in my field of expertise;
• lack of motivation from the client;
• client breaking with generally accepted behavioral conventions

In this case the client is not entitled to a refund and owes the full session fee. If future sessions were already planned, we will discuss refunding those.

Sessions – Online

Packages must be paid in full before the first session.

If you cancel the booking up to 24 hours in advance, your payment carries over to the rescheduled booking provided that such booking takes place within 6 months of the cancellation date.

A 45 euro cancellation fee applies when:

• cancel with less than 24 hours notice;
• cancel for the second time in a row.

The session needs to be paid in full if you cancel with less than 2 hours notice, or don’t show up.

I reserve to right to cancel in case of circumstances beyond my control. I will communicate about this in a clear and timely way, and will offer to rechedule.

Workshops

When you have bought a ticket for one of my workshops (via a ticket service or directly from me) your place is reserved. If it is explicitly agreed that only a down payment is required, a deposit will suffice.

If you have to cancel for any reason, there are a number of possibilities:

– You sell your ticket yourself (with my permission);

– You leave your payment as a down payment for a future workshop (this can be done up to a week before the start of the workshop for which you have paid. This deposit is valid for one year).

If you choose to leave your payment as a down payment for a future workshop, then register for a new workshop, and cancel again, your down payment will expire.

I reserve to right to cancel in case of circumstances beyond my control. I will communicate about this in a clear and timely way, and will offer a refund or a ticket at a future workshop (up to the same price as the original ticket).

I expect workshop participants to be respectful to me and the rest of the group. I reserve the right to exclude a workshop participant from (further) participation if I consider that the circumstances justify this decision. Reasons include (but are not limited to):

• issues arise that are not in my field of expertise;
• lack of motivation from the participant;
• participant breaking with generally accepted behavioral conventions

In this case the workshop participant is not entitled to a refund.

Courses – Online

Courses must be paid in full before you get access.

Access to the course is personal. Don’t share your login details with others if they have not purchased the course as well.

Once you have access there are no possibilities for a refund, unless the course is taken offline within 6 months of your purchase.
